If they are not the comfort upgrade you expected, contact us and we’ll help you with a return, refund, or another solution.

What the Guarantee Covers

The 30-Day Comfort Guarantee is designed to help customers try Ever Ease shoes with confidence.

It covers situations where:

  • The shoes do not feel comfortable for you
  • The fit is not right
  • The shoes are not the comfort upgrade you expected
  • You are not satisfied with your first experience wearing them

Conditions

The guarantee applies within 30 days of delivery.

We may ask for photos before approving a return or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse guarantee claims if there is evidence of abuse, excessive wear, damage, misuse, repeated refund behavior, or fraudulent activity.

First Purchase Only

Refunds
